Proposed settlement is located on 40×40 meters area where the tennis court partly interrupts the green area. Surrounded by and rising up through the existing trees, transparent office building can be protected from harsh climatic conditions while takes advantage of natural lighting and highly motivated users of workspace facing magnificent view of İstanbul.

Six identical office floors having a compact core of services at the centre, on the top of high entrance floor, are designed as open workspaces. Following a fairly simple spatial schema on typical floors as continuous corridor around the core connects workspaces sustains flexibility and legibility. Inner partitions which can be varied in terms of programmatic requirements were made by lightweight walls, exposed ceilings and elevated floors. Adaptability in terms of energy efficiency is iterated in terms of section and façade planning. Located in the middle of a vast green area, double skinned glass cube is naturally ventilated through the gap between façade layers in which sun screens are placed.
